Client Engagement Framework

To support an efficient, professional, and respectful working relationship, we ask clients to observe the following engagement framework when interacting with Savia Advisory Limited.

Communication Channels and Business Hours
Clients are encouraged to contact the firm during normal business hours using the firm’s official communication channels. This allows us to respond appropriately and ensures that enquiries receive timely and effective attention.

Designated Point of Contact
For each engagement, a primary point of contact will be assigned. This supports clear communication, accountability, and the efficient flow of information between the client and the firm.

Proactive Engagement Support
Members of the firm may contact clients proactively to follow up on matters relevant to an engagement. This enables us to remain informed and to provide timely guidance and assistance.

​

Fee Arrangements and Work Suspension
In the event that agreed fees remain unpaid, the firm reserves the right to suspend further work until outstanding balances are settled. This policy supports the orderly delivery of services and the fair allocation of professional resources.

Ad Hoc Advisory Requests
Requests for advisory or professional services outside the scope of an agreed engagement will be treated as additional services and charged at the firm’s prevailing professional rates.

Post-Engagement Requests
Requests made after completion of an engagement, including the retrieval, re-issue, or scanning of documents and reports, should be directed through the firm’s office to ensure proper handling and record management.

Physical Document Requests
Where physical copies of documents are requested, applicable professional charges may apply to reflect the additional time and resources involved.

​

Use of Official Communication Channels
Firm personnel are not obligated to respond to calls, messages, or communications made to personal devices. Clients are asked to use the firm’s official contact numbers and email addresses for all engagement-related communication.

​

Availability and Response Times
Communications and requests will be addressed within reasonable timeframes, taking into account staff availability, engagement priorities, and the nature of the matter.
